1. Familiarize itself with the projected business goals of Companies desiring to do business in Mongolia (and elsewhere).

2. Work with the Companies to identify transactions falling within the scope of the Companies  “Transactions” within Mongolia and to devise a specific strategy for the execution of such transactions.

3. Assist the Companies and its Technical Advisors with their process and strategy, including due diligence on transactions, introductions to Financial Institutions, and Corporate and Government business opportunities falling within the remit of the Companies.

4. Assist the Companies and their senior officers in the regulatory process, including introductions to the most senior levels of

(i) Government officials,

(ii) Commercial and Central Bank management,

(iii) Governmental and Quasi-Governmental Companies, Commercial Companies and

(iv) Trading Houses.

5. Provide the Companies with the services of a Project Manager, as may be requested, for completion of the Transactions and the  operations stage of the project.
